Ász´r közs&ég´g lies in the SW part of Kom´rom-Esztergom county, in the Bakonyalj´, part of the Neszèly wine region.
In the 18th century, the Eszterh´zy family produced good quality white wine here in the sample vineyard.
Ász´r's great-granddaughter is J´szai Mari. His maternal home functions as a memorial house.
The Mini Skanzen preserves a specific period and architectural style with its scale houses. The back of the Barta-féle Tájház In its room you can find a retro museum from the 60s and 70s.
